Manage IT production systems and services at Accenture, ensuring client satisfaction and risk management.
Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Manage delivery of IT production systems and services.
- Support infrastructure service management lifecycle, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Provide operational support to ensure systems and devices are online and available.
- Maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure Configuration Items (CIs) are accurately managed.
About you
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Fresher.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Configuration Database and CI Management.
- Strong educational background in IT Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
- Good communication and soft skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
