Provides technical support for the Citrix users via phone, email and/or remote access
Performs problem analysis and isolates problems of low to moderate complexity, with little guidance
Achieves and maintains targeted statistics such as number of cases closed or issues resolved, along with other established goals
Documents cases and resolutions clearly in the internal knowledge base, takes ownership of cases escalated
May participate in support shifts, weekend follow the sun coverage and occasionally conduct onsite tasks
Supports in adhoc migration activities for Citrix and Windows versions
