Job Description
- Create and deliver customer requirements as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) and drive excellent customer service
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function
- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports Pricing trends of Bosch
- Price Harmonization, System updation of Price and Discounts
- Analyze competitor pricing, assess market shares & margins and identify pricing opportunities.
- Price Corridor Management
- Minimum and Target Margin Management
- Further, develop & maintain pricing tools (Integrated Pricing Tool, SAP) to enable leveraging dynamic pricing opportunities.
- Identify areas for improvement of existing tools in place.
- Active participation in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves the quality of Sales & Marketing Dept deliverables across the function
- Translate data into actionable strategies.
- Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes
- Comply with all Bosch operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree with a Post Graduate Degree in Management from a reputed institute
- Complete mastery in MS Office
- Drive design and enhancement of existing deliverables
- Internal customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided.
Additional Information
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Automotive Spare Parts industry domain knowledge
- Enthusiasm, fast learning abilities and high energy, with a structured thought process to be able to break down business problems into smaller solvable units with minimal supervision
- Advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
- SAP Knowledge
- Knowledge of any Business Intelligence tool is an added advantage
