What you’ll achieve

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to use that knowledge to maximize opportunities. You will understand the business implications of solutions and identify best practices, communicating them to drive knowledge management initiatives.

You will:

  • Respond to and resolve internal and external complex customer queries and requests, and guide junior professionals
  • Grow your knowledge of company products/services through company training and resources to aid in customer queries
  • Exercise independent judgment to call out issues when necessary
  • Use policies and procedures to service large accounts and provide excellent multilingual support to customers

Essential Requirements

  • Organizational skills along with the ability to drive accurate and timely decisions
  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritize projects and results
  • High interpersonal and cross-functional skills
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products

Desirable Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of related experience
