Your role

About the program

The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten-week summer internship for students pursuing a bachelor/graduate degree. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities.

As a participant, you will:

• Attend orientation where you’ll learn about the culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the firm
• Receive training designed to help you succeed
• Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and people

About the division

• Global Investment Research delivers client-focused research in the equity, fixed-income, currency, and commodities markets.
• They are a global team that provides fundamental research on companies and economies, as well as industries, currencies, and commodities.

Training & development

Research analysts are surrounded by dedicated software engineers, data scientists, content designers, and supervisory and operational services teams. The Summer Analyst Program is an immersive eight to ten-week internship for undergraduate and postgraduate students, offering orientation, tailored training, and hands-on experience with real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and professionals.

Career progression

Through the Learning and Development team, new hires receive resources to accelerate their integration including access to digital learning and orientation programs.  At each career milestone, the people prepare for the next step through tailored learning programs with an emphasis on leadership and firm culture.
