Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Partner with the business to forecast campus hiring needs for full-time, summer interns, and seasonal hires.
- Leverage industry knowledge to identify sourcing options for top talent across campuses.
- Collaborate with divisional managers and recruiters to develop school-specific hiring plans.
- Drive and manage on-campus events and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Track recruiting progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process, including offer letter generation and scheduling.
- Provide strategic advice on outreach initiatives to enhance divisional awareness on campus.
- Finalize internship projects with respective teams.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in campus recruiting.
- A Bachelor’s or MBA degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of global teams.
- A self-motivated and passionate approach with a proven track record in campus recruiting.
- Creative, strategic, and operational thinking with a commercial mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel.
