Your Role

You are a strategic thinker passionate about the execution of Hedge Fund & Private Equity operations, which includes client documentation review, transaction processing, corporate actions notification & tracking, trade reconciliation, investigation of inquiries, and providing support to the front office and client-facing stakeholders. You have found the right team.

  • Understand the process end to end including upstream and downstream teams.
  • You are required to have strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage KPIs (key performance indicators) for the segment/group to ensure consistency in quality and timeliness of completion, data-driven decisions for enhanced client experience.
  • Ensure daily checklists are followed & signed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow all relevant process controls and adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Support upstream and downstream teams with their queries.
  • Challenge the status quo of the process and suggest/contribute to process efficiency/automation.
  • Perform user acceptance testing as required.
  • Escalate issues promptly as per the Escalation Matrix
