Your role

Razorpay is looking for a proactive and dynamic candidate who can learn quickly and adapt to the fast-paced environment here at Razorpay. The Junior Analyst will work closely with Razorpay’s partner banks to get their merchants onboarded on Razorpay.

Responsibilities

• Understand and respond to various queries raised by both internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver against the set operational targets for assigned activities.
• Deliver strong working relationships with all the stakeholders, both external and internal.
• Ensuring adherence to a well-defined operational process set up for the assigned activities.

Training, development & rotations

• Training and Development is one of the main services of Razorpay
• Training refers to a systematic setup where employees are instructed and taught matters of technical knowledge related to their jobs. It focuses on teaching employees how to use particular machines or how to do specific tasks to increase efficiency.
• Whereas, Development refers to the overall holistic and educational growth and maturity of people in managerial positions. The process of development is in relation to insights, attitudes, adaptability, leadership and human relations.
• Training and development programmes are designed according to the requirements of the organizations.
