You will

• Be responsible for design, implementation, and managing cutting-edge deployment and automation of cloud resources
• Be the first line of defense for the development teams analyzing outages, driving RCAs, and bringing required product enhancements from RCAs
• Automate integration scenarios for cloud services
• Create processes to automate and improve the maintainability of cloud systems using proven DevOps tools
• Work with development teams to integrate with external systems to achieve a fully automated dev-to-production release cycle
• Design, build, manage, maintain, and scale SAP Business Technology Platform core data center infrastructure on need basis
• Maintain a highly available, reliable production service and participate in on-call rotation
• Support the team during weekend / public holidays during the upgrade/patch process as part of the Developer’s call on duty

Role Requirement

• Experience managing production Linux systems, networking, and complex distributed systems, strong system design and analytical skills are a must.
• Good understanding of PaaS platform such as Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes
• Experience deploying infrastructure with configuration management tools, examples include Chef, Puppet, Salt.
• Experience deploying infrastructure components. Examples include Graphite, Sensu, Cobbler, rsyslog, logstash
• Proficient with Unix/Linux tools and systems
• Strong system programming skills (shell, Python, Go, Chef, Ruby, etc.)
• Strong experience in developing and configuring complex network and distributed systems
• Experience in automating the testing and troubleshooting of distributed systems
• Experience managing container-based services in production using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Mesos is a plus.
• Working experience of using Jenkins, Concourse or other CI/CD Tools, Git/SVN, etc
• Working experience of Monitoring tools (Grafana), Logging tools (ELK)
• Strong focus on the quality of delivered software.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to make presentations to professional peers and work closely with management
