Your role
Timely cash collection of customer accounts, assessing credit worthiness, minimizing bad debts, and ensuring contract compliance and/or recommending legal action.
You will assist in the collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past-due accounts.
Collect overpayments from current and former employees.
Work with departmental managers to eliminate the root cause of overpayment.
Interfaces with sales support account receivable, and directly with the customer to determine the ability to pay, communicate contractual specifications, and enforce remedies in reconciling accounts.
Manage a portfolio of accounts including delinquency, write-offs, credit memos, and additional interest. Conducts pre-sale credit risk evaluation, prepares recommendations, and makes credit approval decisions on new accounts.
Work involves some problem-solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
They are building a new team who will assist with the cash collection process for Oracle’s customer portfolio in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The main purpose of the role will be the maintenance of customers’ collections contacts database and timely correction of the records.
Duties and tasks are standard, with some variation. You will complete your role largely independently within defined policies and processes.
Contribute to the successful cash collection within the established quarterly targets.
Work closely with their collections teams to ensure the accuracy and timely correction of customers’ contacts.
Use Oracle systems and tools to identify and correct inaccurate data.
Communicate by email with customers’ contacts whenever requested by your manager or situation.
Ensure Oracle compliance, internal policies, procedures, and guidelines are met.
Flexible to work in shifts (US Shift).
Excellent Spanish & English written and verbal communication skills.
