Customer Service Admin Support (Start ASAP)

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Perform solution-related service request configuration for application maintenance.
• Conduct scope assessments and configure systems using application tools.
• Apply change management processes and test workflows for configuration accuracy.
• Consult on solution best practices and collaborate with other analysts.
• Provide guidance on technical and non-technical customer issues, including product compatibility and support entitlements.
• Handle open service requests, implement fixes, and document case notes.
• Serve as a point of contact for new customers, introducing them to Oracle.
