Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Validate and process executed contracts in line with established procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partners, and Business Finance, to ensure timely order processing.
  • Manage online and offline submissions for License, Hardware, Cloud, Support Renewal, and Education.
  • Perform data entry, record verification, and policy validation.
  • Resolve non-compliant requests by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines, including SOX and audit requirements.
  • Enhance technical and process knowledge through participation in assessment programs.
  • Meet defined KPIs for quality, efficiency, and turnaround time.
  • Demonstrate customer centricity by resolving issues effectively.
