Project Accounting Analyst (Start ASAP)

Join Oracle's Revenue Accounting team to manage revenue adjustments and balance sheet reconciliations in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist in processing revenue-impacting adjustments and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Monitor revenue, reconcile receivables, and unearned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal customers to resolve revenue inquiries.
• Facilitate automation of current processes and procedures.
• Participate in special projects and problem-solving with guidance on company policies.
• Perform tasks such as typing, filing, data entry, generating invoices, and processing expense reports.
• Research and respond to inquiries, working closely with local finance staff.
• Audit expenses and payment requests against corporate policies.  

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 0 to 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Can read, write and speak English.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
