Revenue Analyst (Start ASAP)

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Possesses sound knowledge of the Quote to Cash process.
• Manages order management, SPM, AR, Cloud Ops, and provisioning processes.
• Provides expert support on provisioning, terminations, and customer data queries.
• Handles escalations and identifies process gaps for improvement.
• Guides team members on nonstandard cases and drives process automation.
• Manages stakeholder relationships and promotes customer-centric behavior.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in any stream with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in SPM, OPC, TAS, order management, CPQ, IB, OKS, or service contracts.
• Advanced business communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
