Your role

Responsibilities

As a Software Developer at Oracle, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software for databases, applications, tools, and networks. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, planning for timely delivery, and working independently on time-sensitive tasks. Knowledge of Java Basic, Spring Boot, Microservices, and DevOps is beneficial. You will foster strong relationships with peers and clients, provide timely feedback, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Adaptability to new technologies and collaboration with global teams are essential. This role is suited for early-career professionals (IC1).

About you

Minimum qualifications

• BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent
• 0-2+ years of developing and shipping enterprise-distributed and/or cloud-native systems
• Experience in writing code in Java.
• Experience with application development using microservices frameworks such as Spring, SpringBoot, etc.
• Good to have experience with containers and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Strong desire to make an impact and thrive in a collaborative and upbeat environment.
• Good to have any public cloud experience.
